We run recreational gymnastics classes for ages 2.5years all the way to adults! All our gymnastics classes are floor and tumble based as this is what we specialise in.
Classes are inclusive of individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities but please do let us know in advance as we may need to put things in place e.g. fidget toys, social stories etc.
Our classes run all year including the school holidays, we have a small break at Christmas only.
Our preschool, home school and school aged classes all work towards the British Gymnastics Rise Gymnastics Awards Scheme with lots of medals and certificates to achieve.
Rise Discover is for Preschool-aged gymnasts, Rise Explore is for School-aged gymnasts then Rise Excel is the advanced level afterwards.

Recreational Classes (Ages 4+)
We have lots of recreational classes that run from 4pm on weekdays for ages 4+.
These classes are mixed ages and mixed abilities as all stations and activities can be adapted by our coaches and young leaders to suit the level of the gymnast or provide them with more of a challenge!
These classes focus on floor basics like rolls, jumps, handstands and cartwheels and develop onto harder skills like bridges, walkovers, round offs, somersault preps and more.
Recreational classes are an hour long and £9 per session paid monthly in advance with a one-off £12 joining fee. Insurance with British Gymnastics is £20 for the year (October to October). The first lesson is always a trial which is the price of 1 lesson.
Once gymnasts have achieved their walkovers, they are then moved to our Advanced Recreational Classes.
Adult Classes (Ages 17+)
Our adult gymnastics classes are floor and tumble based and suitable for all abilities from beginners to more advanced gymnasts.
Adults classes are partly structured with a warm up and some strength and flexibility work to begin with then moving onto other activities like handstand and cartwheel work.
Our adult classes aim for a fun and chilled atmosphere where the adult set their own goals so if there is something in particular you fancy trying to achieve, we will absolutely support you!
Some of our adult gymnasts even take part in competitions if you fancy having some fun and entering (there are categories for all ages and abilities, even beginners).
Adult classes are an hour long and are £10 per session pay as you go. A loyalty card can be collected at reception, attend 9 sessions and receive your 10th free!
British Gymnastics insurance is required if you attend regularly which is £20 per year (October to October).
Preschool Classes (Ages 2.5-4yrs)
Our preschool classes focus on fundamental movement skills like jumping, rolling, balance , strength and climbing and also focus on starting to learn basic gymnastics skills.
Preschool classes are half an hour and are £6 per session paid monthly in advance with a one-off £12 joining fee. Insurance with British Gymnastics is £14 (October to October). The first lesson is always a trial which is the price of 1 lesson.
Advanced Recreational Classes
Our advanced recreational classes focus on harder floor and tumble skills like handsprings, flicks, somersaults, free cartwheels and more. Classes consist of more strength work than our recreational classes too which is fab for the growing gymnast.
Advanced classes are an hour and a half and are £12 per session paid monthly in advance with a one-off £12 joining fee. Insurance with British Gymnastics is £20 for the year (October to October). The first lesson is always a trial which is the price of 1 lesson.
Please note that we have quite a long waiting list for all our classes (except for Adult class as these are pay as you go).
