We have added some more colour to our gym club to make our club a more positive environment. Car parking lines have also been painted outside and the front of our unit has been painted blue.

Star Wars Visited Us
The Star Wars family joined us at the club today in support of the Shelter Charity. We donated £50 towards their cause and absolutely loved getting some photos of them in our club! Thank you to Vaders Raisers Star Wars Costume Group, we loved having you visit us!
Be Mini Play Sessions
Our Be Mini parent-supervised play sessions start today! These are toddler sessions for ages 0-4 years allowing the young generation to be physical and learn strength and movement skills such as climbing, balancing, finger and hand dexterity and help socialise with others too! These sessions run twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Sussex Championships 2022
What a fabulous day overcoming fears, working new tumbles and achieving higher levels! We finished the competition with 2 bronzes, 3 silvers and a Sussex Champion as well as a team silver!
New Equipment – Fast Track!
Our new equipment has been delivered and installed by Tracks2000 and we can’t wait to start using it! A 9m fast track, a new landing area for our tracks and a large resi mat.
Christmas Squares Raffle 2021!
We are delighted to say that through our Christmas Squares Raffle and Wheelbarrow of Booze 2021 we managed to raise an amazing £1500 which means £750 was donated to our chosen charity Amaze Sussex. Thank you to all the businesses and individuals who donated prizes and everyone who bought tickets too!
